So, I am not sure which publication this was from but I figure the image below is easy to read so I am not gonna transcribe it. Keep in mind, I did a half recipe.

Plus up ideas: Pickled jalapeños and/or crispy chicken skin (I used the skin from the tights and baked at 350F until crispy)
